Payment Options

Payment is expected when services are rendered. We accept the following payment methods:

  1. Debit, E-Transfers
  2. Visa Debit, Visa, MasterCard
  3. Apple Pay, Google Pay
  4. Cash
  5. Financing/Payment Plan
  6. Pet Insurance

We DO NOT accept American Express (AMEX) cards.

Dear Clients,

With the recent increase of COVID-19 cases in our region, we are temporarily moving back to curbside service. Effective immediately we are not allowing clients in the hospital. Here is what you can expect:

  • Upon your arrival please call the office, from your vehicle, at 902.434.3111 to receive further instructions. Please do not wait outside of the door
  • Face masks are required when interacting with our team. For appointments:
  • A staff member will meet you at the door and bring your furry family member inside for their appointment
  • The doctor will speak with you over the telephone
  • Once the appointment is complete a staff member will speak with you to take care of the invoice and meet you once again at the door to collect your furry family member For food / medication / retail:
  • It is best to call your order in ahead of time so the team can get it ready for you. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for medication refills
  • We prefer to do payments over the phone with Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debt or etransfer

    We are continuing to see all cases by appointment only including pets in need of: vaccines, wellness exams, blood work, heartworm testing, spays and neuters, dental services, parasite prevention, and more.


    Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    Saturday: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm
    Sunday: CLOSED
